Shipping Location & Processing Time
Shipping Origin: All orders are dispatched uniformly from our logistics center located in the USA to ensure consistent product quality.
Processing Time: Orders will be reviewed and shipped within 1-2 business days after placement (no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays).
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)
To ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, we have established close partnerships with several top logistics carriers in the U.S. (including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, and USPS).
Smart Delivery Strategy: Based on your shipping address, package weight, and current logistics timelines, we will automatically match the optimal shipping channel for you.
Standard Delivery Time: Typically 3-5 business days.
Delivery Coverage: We deliver nationwide. For remote areas (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii) or peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), delivery time may be slightly extended.
Transparent Tracking: Regardless of the courier we choose, you will receive an accurate tracking number and the corresponding query link in the shipping email.
International Shipping (Non-U.S. Orders)
To provide global customers with an excellent cross-border logistics experience, we have in-depth partnerships with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and several top international courier services.
Smart Delivery Plan: Our system will automatically match the fastest and most reliable international shipping channel based on your destination country, customs clearance policies, and real-time congestion of each shipping route.
Standard Delivery Time: Usually 7-15 business days.
Customs Clearance & Delivery Notes: International shipping time is affected by the customs clearance efficiency, administrative procedures, and local delivery network distribution of the destination country. In rare cases (e.g., routine customs inspections or extreme weather), delivery time for some regions may be extended to 20 business days.
Full Tracking: After the package is shipped, you will receive a unique tracking number. No matter which carrier handles the delivery, you can track the cross-border movement of your package in real time.
Duty & Import Tax Policy
To simplify your shopping process, our shipping policy adopts an all-inclusive (DDP) model:
Prepaid Taxes: The total amount you pay at checkout already includes all import duties and VAT that may be charged by the destination country.
No Extra Payment: You do not need to pay any additional customs clearance fees to local customs or couriers upon package arrival. If the logistics provider charges you by mistake, please contact our customer service promptly.
Order Tracking
We ensure full transparency for each of your orders, so you can keep up with the latest package status at any time:
Automatic Email Notification: Once your order is shipped, our system will automatically send a confirmation email containing the tracking number to your registered email.
Multi-Channel Query: You can either click the tracking link in the email directly or enter the number on the official website of the corresponding carrier to query.
Sync Delay Note: Please note that there is usually a 24-48 hour information delay when the logistics carrier scans the package and uploads it to the system. If you cannot find the status immediately after receiving the tracking number, please try again later.
In-Account Query: You can also log in to our official website at any time and check the real-time logistics progress in the "Order History" section.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. For delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses, unreachable recipients, etc., re-shipping may incur additional fees.
Damage & Loss: If the package is damaged during transportation, or the logistics status has not been updated for more than 10 days beyond the estimated time, please contact us immediately.
